The owner and operator of the service cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages associated with your use of or inability to use the service, even if the owner and operator are notified of the potential for such damages.

You may not use the service in conjuction with SPAM (unsolicited bulk or commercial email), pornography or any illegal endeavors. Such use will result in the cancellation of your account and the disabling of all ADDR's associated with your account. You will also be reported to your ISP and any appropriate governmental and law enforcement entities.

Use of the service or participation in our affiliate program does not guarantee that you will make money. In fact, depending on how you use the service, you could potentially lose money, especially if you use the service in conjunction with pay-per-click advertising. The owner and operator of the service cannot be held liable for your inability to make money using the service or for any financial losses you incur in conjunction with your use of the service.
